AboutNancy Johll Pearson, PT, graduated from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse in 1991. She has a passion for rehabilitation across the lifespan. While the vast majority of her experience is as a physical therapy generalist, she has served as the lead therapist for a Spine Care clinic for 10 years and an Arthritis clinic for 15 years. Nancy has lectured extensively in the greater Oshkosh community on such topics as Back Health, Scoliosis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, and Fibromyalgia.

In 2001 she began the Affinity Pediatric program at Mercy Medical Center and was one of two providers of custom foot orthotics to the neurological population in Oshkosh. In 2009 she joined Blankenheim Services; where her practice includes orthopedic outpatients and the entire scope of industrial medicine including job analysis, post offer hire tests, and functional capacity evaluations. AboutTravis Hill is a 1996 graduate of the physical therapy program at Rosalind Franklin University of Health Sciences/The Chicago Medical School. Early in his career, Travis worked at a neurological rehabilitation hospital in Chicago where he worked extensively with patients who had suffered strokes, amputations due to diabetic complications, spinal cord injuries and head injuries. Travis has since focused his treatment skills toward outpatient orthopedics, but he still enjoys helping individuals who are affected by neurological problems.

AboutChai Rasavong, MPT, MBA graduated from UW-Madison with his Master of Physical Therapy in 2000 and his B.S. in Kinesiology in 1997. He has been working in the physical therapy realm since 1994 and has diverse training in physical therapy with an emphasis in orthopedics and sports medicine.

Chai has attended a multitude of continuing education classes which includes manual therapy, orthopedics, sports medicine, Pilates and vestibular rehab. AboutPaul Potos is a 1993 graduate of Marquette University with degrees in Biology and Physical Therapy. While interning at Marquette, Paul worked with the Milwaukee Brewers, the Milwaukee Wave, and the Milwaukee Kickers sports organizations. Following graduation Paul focused on out-patient physical therapy. He also has experience in nursing home rehabilitation and home physical therapy.

KEY Function Capacity Assessments are a comprehensive evaluation that is used to determine a client's over-all safe working, functional or their day to day limitations. These assessments are commonly used in disability, litigation and work injury cases. I can also perform upper extremity, job-placement screening and functional review assessments. The functional review assessment documents progress a client has made while in a physical therapy rehabilitation program.

AboutCari Kuehmichel graduated from Marquette University in 1987. She has worked in acute care, nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, school services and home health. Cari has been the director of therapy services in several nursing homes and opened her own contract service in 1989. Cari is well versed in orthopedics, geriatrics and a multitude of manual therapy techniques including craniosacral therapy.

As an advocate for the geriatric population, Cari opened an Adult Family Home in Port Washington in 2000 where she cared for 3-4 rehab clients. She also was a clinical member of the Milwaukee Geriatric Consortium and obtained valuable continuing education in the care and rehab of the aging body. Cari considers herself to have a strong passion for working with the vast baby boomer group and the growing geriatric population.

Cari decided to join the Alliant Physical Therapy Group in January of 2009 because of the companies powerful ethical and moral basis for providing quality therapy services to all patients of any social group or stature. AboutSarah Gotstein graduated from Saint Louis University in 2006 with an M.S. in Physical Therapy and completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2007. Sarah's clinical experience includes orthopedic, sports, and manual physical therapy. Sarah also has experience as a personal trainer, using her knowledge of injury prevention and biomechanics to create and continuously maintain various programs for clients of all fitness levels and needs.

AboutSteve is the physical therapist at the Racine Family YMCA location, a joint partnership between PT Plus and Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare/All Saints. After receiving a B.S. in Exercise Science in 1995 from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, he earned his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1998 from the University of Miami, focusing his practice in the areas of orthopedic and sports physical therapy ever since. Steve recently completed a 30-month manual therapy residency program with the Manual Therapy Institute, and will be moving on to the fellowship-training phase of the program this year to further advance his skills and education.

In addition to his physical therapy training, Steve is currently a nationally certified Athletic Trainer, a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and is a Certified Sports Performance Coach with USA Weightlifting. This background allows him to specialize in sports medicine rehabilitation, and in sports performance enhancement training with athletes of all ages and skill levels.
